Extruders
We have Advance Lohia and Duotee Model extruders. All plants are with suitable number of cheese winders. Total extrusion capacity of both the extruders is approx. 2500 MT. per annum.
Looms
We have suitable numbers of 75 shuttle tubular looms to weave fabric from 34Cms to 210 Cms tubular width. The fabric can be gusseted, slit open and coated (Coating width is limited to 190 Cms). We also have needle looms and make our own webbing/belt for the FIBCs.
Coating
We have one coating plant that can coat PP/HDPE maximum upto a width of 190 Cms. The coating machine opening and winding systems are being renovated to permit coating of fabric on rolls.
Printing
We have 2 nos. advance Technology BOPP Rotogravure Printing Machine.
Finishing
We have 6 stitching sections which are dedicated for specific products. All sections are equipped with modern stitching technology machineries with quality control parameters. In total currently we make around 5 Crore BOPP Film, 2 Crore Leno Bags, 1 Crore Flexo Bags yearly.
PE liners are blown inhouse for use in big bags as well as small bags. Other operations of liners such as shaping, flanging etc are also done inhouse.
Accessories
We make inhouse documents pockets to be used in big bags. We print our own labels as per customers requirement. We make in house filler cord for dustproofing Multifilament yarn is also made inhouse. Stitching tread is also made inhouse.
Laboratory
With the facility of well equipped laboratory, we are able to make a proper control of quality & supply products with consistent quality. Our laboratory includes below main testing equipment:
1. UV test machine
2. Load test machine
3. Tensile test machine
4. MFI testing
5. Ash content test
6. GSM & mest testing etc
Facilities for higher end bags
For making higher end bags (such as food grade) we have machineries such as Ultrasonic cutting machines on looms, metal detection for finished bags, air washing/ blowing of bags etc.
